In this class we'll make homemade tofu, soy milk, as well as soy-free options like chickpea tofu and alternative milks.

Meal-worthy Grain and Pasta Salads

We'll make hearty salads with whole grains, pasta, zoodles, and more - topped with lots of veggies, a protein, and lots of vibrant sauces!

Cruciferous Crunch Meal Prep Class

We'll make homemade cruciferous crunch and use in a stir-fry, Mexican quinoa bowl, veggie scramble grit bowl, hidden veg smoothie, & pasta.

Vietnamese-Style Noodle Bowls and Summer Rolls

We'll make rice noodles or veggie noodles w/ easy sauces into summer meals. There'll be options to use leafy greens in place of rice paper!

Vegan Sushi and Onigiri (Rice Balls - no nori!)

We'll make nori rolls filled with sushi rice or a quinoa-grain blend. There will be onigairi (rice balls) for the the nori haters too!

Savory Oats ('Cause Oats Are The Best!)

We'll make savory curry granola, oat potato sausage patties, thyme sausage steel cut oats, oat groat risotto, and pepperoni oat crumbles!

Make Your Own Tempeh 101

We will make a soy-based and a soy-free version of tempeh using store-bought tempeh culture. We will go through step by step together!

Veggie-full Instant Pot Stews

We'll make mushroom gumbo, chickpeas & dumplings, lentil eggplant stew, white bean chili, & Hungarian Cabbage Mushroom Noodles!

Cook a Week's Meals in a Day!
