I love having a batch of cruciferous crunch on hand. It's the easiest way to add in extra veggies to a salad, pasta, or even to make into a whole meal.

You can change up the blend seasonally, but there will always be cabbage and carrots, but think kale, collards, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, and beyond!
