 In this class we'll make a full vegan Thanksgiving dinner from celeriac soup to a butternut squash miso dessert. The main parts of the main meal will be cooked on a sheet pan in your oven!

Note: there will be plant based options for all  recipes.

Make Thanksgiving Stress-free this Year

2020 has been a doozy! Let's make Thanksgiving a time to enjoy our immediate family and give ourselves a little break too.

We will make our celery root soup in the IP where it can stay warm until we're ready to serve it.

The main dinner will be cooked on sheet pans making for an easy cleanup and less time staring into pots on the stove all day long.

You will have the option to cook your pie in the slow cooker, but in class we'll use the oven and have a crust-free pudding option to make it plant based.
