We'll make rice noodles or veggie noodles w/ easy sauces into summer meals. There'll be options to use leafy greens in place of rice paper!

It's Too Hot to Cook!

That's when I turn to cool summer rolls and bowls that may or may not contain rice noodles that I made earlier in the day. 

Don't do flour of any kind? I have options for you! We can use spiralized veggies in place of brown rice noodles  or contain the rolls in large leafy greens instead of using rice paper.

The best part is you can add extra fresh veggies, adapt the sauces to fit your dietary needs, and it's all easy to make and won't heat up your house!
